Presentation on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) - There is a Bridge

Shirley Siler, a Stephen Minister at St. Luke’s on the Lake Episcopal, is willing to present the topic, “There is a Bridge”  (focusing on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). There are a lot of Alzheimer related programs and presentations and this one is particularly good.   Shirley’s interpretation of the message is --- “these are not empty people and there are still opportunities for relating to them. We need to listen not only with our ears but with every part of our body and being. …A good lesson for all Stephen Minister working with others, touched by Alzheimer’s or not.”
